Venues and general information
We host and
organise courses on a wide variety of subjects that
motivate us and allow you to learn while enjoying a holiday
atmosphere in fascinating Tuscany.
Courses take
place in well equipped premises with all the necessary
facilities, wherever possible on the same site as the
accommodation. Depending of the number of participants we
can offer accommodation in villas or agriturismi in
high-quality and picturesque
premises, with shared
twin or double rooms. Single rooms may be available at
extra charge.
Food is provided
by an Italian chef, in line with the requirements of each
course, generally full- or half-board. We can cater for
special dietary requirements.
Since Tuscany is
such a wonderful place to stay, we expect that you may wish
to extend your stay before and/or after the workshop. We
would be able to help you arrange this. We can recommend
holiday ideas, excursions, etc., and specialise in the
unusual.
RegistrationTo
secure your place on a course or workshop, please return
the registration form to Tuscan Affairs and pay your
deposit of 20%.
Please indicate
here any special dietary requirements or any additional
services you require.
Once we have
received your deposit we will be pleased to confirm your
registration. We will send you joining instructions when we
have received full payment, due one month before the
event.
Should the course
be full or not take place for any reason, we undertake to
offer you a place on a future course or refund your payment
in full.
If you decide to
cancel before the course begins, we will refund any payment
made minus your deposit. We will not refund any payments if
you withdraw after the course begins.
Tuscan Affairs
cannot be held responsible for any injury or loss sustained
during the course. We recommend that you take out
appropriate holiday insurance or
equivalent.
